Before you can log in via an authenticator app, you'll need to register via an authenticator app first. To set this up, call or e-mail your AG EB Online contact person at your company or the Helpdesk AG EB Online.

Once your profile is created on AG EB Online, you will receive two emails with additional information on the next working day. You can find more information about the registration process in our brochure.

• Once your registration is complete, enter your username and PIN on AG EB Online.
• Open the authenticator app on your smartphone to generate a unique verification code.
• Enter the 6-digit code on AG EB Online to complete the login process.

If you've forgotten your PIN code, call or e-mail the AG EB Online contact person at your company or the Helpdesk AG EB Online. They can request a new registration code for you via "Settings > Users > Request new registration".

An authenticator app is a security tool that uses two-factor authentication (2FA). This ensures that only you can access your account, even if your password falls into the wrong hands.

Are you using an iOS device? If so, it's best to download Microsoft Authenticator.

In addition to logging in via an authenticator app, you can also log in via SMS.

To use the SMS login feature, you'll first need to add your mobile phone number to your AG EB Online profile. Update your profile via "Settings > Users > Edit", and tick the "Authentication via SMS" option. Don't have this option? Ask your AG EB Online contact person or the Helpdesk AG EB Online to do this for you.

Note: If you currently log in with a Digipass code generator, it will be deactivated when you add the SMS option. You'll then need to register via an authenticator app first.

Add your new mobile phone number to your AG EB Online profile. Or ask your AG EB Online contact person or the Helpdesk AG EB Online to do this for you.

Is your digipass no longer working or have you forgotten your code? This login option has been discontinued.
However, you still have access: all you need to do is re-register via an authenticator app.
